This policy explains what Talkzuno collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Talkzuno you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, age, city, bio), the conversations you have inside the app, and basic usage data such as when you sign in and how long a call lasts.
2. How we use it
To match you with other users, to show your profile stats, to keep the service secure, and to improve the product. We never sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the app (hosting, email, support) under strict confidentiality. We share information with law enforcement only when legally required.
4. Your choices
Edit your profile anytime from the Profile screen, delete individual chat threads, or request full account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deletion is permanent.
5. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, sessions use short-lived tokens, and traffic is encrypted end-to-end in transit. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password.
6. Children
Talkzuno is for users 13 and older. If we learn an account belongs to a younger child, we close it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy — significant changes get an in-app notice at least seven days before taking effect.
